A Release Campaign is essential to give your music the visibility it deserves. As part of this service, we’ll create a detailed timeline and a communication plan for you to follow, as well as integrate key promotional activities to ensure your release reaches the right audience at the right time. This structured approach helps build momentum and maximizes your chances of success.
- Develop a release timeline with key dates and operational deadlines for you and the Norma Music team
- Set a communication plan for you to follow, from social media posts to website updates
- Write press releases and a biography
- Manage promotional activities, from Swiss radio plugging to playlist pitching
- Assist you with fine-tuning activities such as DSP profiles alignment, Mx3 Page set up, synced lyrics set up, distribution quality checks and collecting societies quality checks
- Give our take on singles' choices before starting
- Meet with you online once every two weeks during the release cycle, to track progress and share updates
When is this service useful?
This service is suitable for both experienced independent artists and those who are facing their first musical release. It is ideal if you need a dedicated team to draw a roadmap for your release, set a strategy and identify all needed tools for its success. This service is also precious if you lack time to plan all release stages.
How much does it cost?
Starting at CHF 1200.- per EP or Album, depending on complexity and number of singles. It will be our pleasure to send you a quote before we move ahead.
What's needed to get started
A "get to know” chat with the Norma team, finished music, a creative direction of the project including artwork and photos, access to any useful stats (for example Spotify for artists). To get the conversation started, connect with us here →.
What's not included
Distribution: you can freely pick your online distributor and set up your account with them. You will be responsible for uploading all releases on their platform. Norma will run quality checks before you submit your releases.
Manufacturing: unless you have already a decent following and have a good amount of shows lined up, we discourage manufacturing. We offer assistance with manufacturing as part of our "Extra Pro Operational" service.
Any third party fees and costs: creation of assets or any other graphic design elements, memberships, ads, production, recording, mixing, mastering, styling, photography, videos, website creation, hosting, touring etc are all a responsibility of the artist.
